International Food Group (IFG) is a Little Rock, AR based company comprised of experienced food industry individuals (some dating to the 1960's) whose goal is to provide high quality, nutritious and flavorful food products to the US military and civilian populations. Led by a US Veteran who was involved in feeding the troops based in Iraq and Afghanistan, our management team has worked in the US, Asia, Middle East and Europe. Partnering with a few select USDA-certified family owned manufacturers, IFG has developed a line of all natural, high quality protein and bread products that meet the stringent low sodium and fat guidelines used by our military. We do not allow any preservatives, fillers or added "pump" in our delicious turkey and beef products. We also use whole muscle to maintain flavor, nutrients and texture - as opposed to ground, formed meat products loaded with fat and preservatives. Our smoked products are slow cooked with real hardwood, meaning no liquid smoke or chemicals; and our High Protein breads are all natural with complex carbs and heart-healthy Omega 3 vitamins. Two (2) slices of sandwich bread provides 14 grams of protein! Most protein products were designed to provide menu flexibility (multiple meals can be made from one product) and ease of service (a number of products come in warm and serve bags) for field kitchens, Dfac's and galleys.
