Our Pulled Turkey is a whole muscle Turkey slow cooked over real hardwood until tender. There are NO liquid smoke, additives, preservatives or fillers used with this product. This product offers great menu flexibility. By simply adding BBQ sauce the turkey can be put on a soft bun for a great easy to serve BBQ sandwich. Adding salsa (red or green) to the turkey makes a delicious low sodium/fat filling for tacos, quesadillas, or as a nacho topping.   Also delicious served as a Barbacoa style product!

Holds very well in a steam table or warming oven. No product waste with low labor costs.
